Vicki is a 1995 graduate of McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois with a Bachelor of Business Administration - Accounting. After working for several years in private industry while finishing college, she was hired as a staff accountant in 1995 and promoted to Manager in 1999. Vicki became a CPA in 2001 and is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois. She is involved with nearly all of the services our firm provides, including income tax preparation, financial statement preparation and review, and payroll tax services. She has experience with both Sage and QuickBooks accounting software.

Debbie attended St. Louis Community College and the University of Missouri-St. Louis, earning a Bachelor of Science – Business Administration. After nine years of employment in the manufacturing industry, she became licensed as a CPA in 1993. She joined what at the time was Spitznagel, Morice & Berri, P.C. in 1996. Over the years Debbie has provided expert professional services in all areas of accounting and bookkeeping. She is proficient in Sage and QuickBooks.

Billie has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. She attended college in Florida and here in Missouri. She has been employed by our firm since 2000. As an Enrolled Agent, she is licensed to represent our clients before the IRS. Billie has extensive experience using both Sage and QuickBooks.

Angie holds a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She joined the firm in 2003 as part of our Administrative Staff. Since then, she has been successful in developing positive relationships with both clients and coworkers. In addition to general office management, she is adept in providing support to the firm principals and staff, handling appointments, messages, and written correspondence. She is proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Brenda joined our firm in 2012 with over 25 years of bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting experience, in both public and private sectors. She currently provides a full range of payroll services to many of our clients using Sage 50 software, including preparation of Federal and State quarterly and year-end tax returns. She is proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, providing client support and guidance.

Pat graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and a Master of Science in Communications Technology. After owning her own business for 17 years, she moved into office management and tax preparation. Pat joined our firm in 2019, providing bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax services, along with tax preparation. She is well versed in a variety of small business accounting packages including QuickBooks, Sage and Excel.

Robert joined our firm in 2019 and has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and tax. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and is a Certified Public accountant. He is involved in all services provided by our firm including income tax preparation, tax planning, and financial statement preparation including Compilations, Reviews, and Agreed Upon Procedures.

Denny graduated in 1974 from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. His career includes experience with national, regional and local CPA firms working with closely held businesses and individuals. Services provided include financial statement preparation and reviews, income tax preparation and business planning.

Denny is a member of the Missouri Society of CPAs and the AIPCA.

Julie joined our firm in 2021. She attended Lindenwood University. She has over 35 years of experience which includes full-charge bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax preparation, and human resources. She is proficient in various accounting software packages including QuickBooks and Excel as well as specialized software for the trucking industry and property management.

Agnes graduated in 1988 from the University of Missouri – St. Louis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Agnes ran her own firm from 1988 – 2014. After working for a few years in the corporate world, she moved back to public accounting, which is what she enjoys the most. Agnes has over 42 years of accounting experience.

Brian is a 2010 graduate of Truman State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He completed his MBA at Lindenwood University in 2012. Brian has been a licensed CPA in Missouri since 2018 and joined our firm in 2023. Brian has provided services in all areas of accounting and bookkeeping since 2012.

Brady graduated in 2021 from the University of Missouri – St. Louis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s of Accounting. Brady joined our firm in 2024, providing bookkeeping and tax preparation services. He is knowledgeable in small business accounting software including QuickBooks and Excel.

Shannon is a seasoned accounting professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, class of 1999. With extensive experience in accounting services, financial statement preparation, and income tax preparation within the public sector.

Carl holds a Bachelor of Administration degree in Business/Finance and a Bachelor of Accountancy, both from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. Carl is an experienced accountant with strong expertise in tax planning and consultation. He focuses on providing clients with strategic insights to optimize tax savings landscapes while maximizing financial outcomes.
